In accordance with the jury's affirmative answers to the special issues, his punishment was assessed at death. See TEX.CODE CRIM. PROC.ANN. Art. 37.071 (b)(1) and (2). Direct appeal to this Court was automatic. Id., § (h). We will affirm.
